With a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from Wits University and years of hands-on experience in both hospital and private practice, Sean Cressy brings a unique blend of clinical precision and athletic insight to every session.
Having worked with elite athletes and teams from the Springboks, Lions Rugby Union, South African Ice Hockey Federation, Gauteng Touch Rugby, and numerous national and international competitors across boxing, MMA, ballet/dance, and endurance sports, Sean understands what it takes to get active bodies performing at their best.
From complex rehabilitation to peak performance, his approach is rooted in science, driven by results, and personalised for every individual.

MEDICAL AID
We charge medical aid rates
While we are not directly contracted in with any medical aids, we do charge standard medical aid rates. After each session, you’ll receive an invoice with the appropriate billing codes, which you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.
